1100°C & 1200°C Rapid Heating Box Furnaces

Carbolite's RWF rapid heating box furnaces are specially designed for light- to medium-duty applications where rapid thermal response is an important factor. RWF furnaces are equipped with powerful coiled wire elements in the sides and roof of their chambers. These high-powered elements and the furnaces' low thermal mass insulation enables them to reach their maximum temperatures from ambient in as little as 10 minutes.

Our rapid heating box furnaces are available with 5, 12, or 23 liter chamber capacities, and can reach maximum temperatures of 1100°C and 1200°C. Their high efficiency, low mass, vacuum formed ceramic fiber insulation greatly enhances performance.

RWF rapid heating box furnaces from Carbolite feature a number of unique safety and usability features. Vertical lift doors keep hot door insulation away from operators, and positive break door safety switches cut power to the heating elements when the furnace's door is opened. Double shell construction keeps outer case temperatures low. The RWF series' small case sizes conserve bench space.
